Little Caesars

The staff in the store is great, but every time I try to order online lately, the app says they’re closed. And I’m attempting to order more than an hour before closing, not 10 mins out - I get shutting down online ordering when it’s almost closing time. Sometimes they let you place an order over the phone other times they don’t. Either way, the item I want to order is an online order only... but I can’t order online. It’s very frustrating. Corporate needs to fix the bugs or let their staff fill orders when the system fails. I doubt this will get any attention from anyone that can fix these issues, but it’s worth a shot.

Horrible. Made online order got there to no pizza done , the workers complaint and mouthing off about even getting the order and I love more than 15 minutes away from the store !! They’re rude and to top it off , my sausage pizza is AWEFUL. it took over 39 minutes to get my pizza and when I finally got home with it to eat this is what I received. I had 5 pizzas total and two sauces. The toppings were obviously just thrown on in a hurry I couldn’t even pick up a piece with out the toppings just falling off. There was like 4 other call in orders waiting on their pizzas and these employees felt it ok to just complain the entire time . No one got their pizza fast.

Only had one person working during lunch rush. After 30 minutes they hand me the wrong pizza in my car. I bring the wrong order back inside and they bring the same pizza out (after I have touched it, opened the box to notice that it was the wrong pizza) then served the same pizza to another customer. None of the workers were wearing gloves when handling the food or wearing masks. No health precautions were being done to protect their customers or employees. Pizza cold and a wait.

I asked the lady WHAT IS READY RIGHT NOW...... And she told me what was ready, and that's what I got. Then after... i payed OF COURSE that is when she told me to go sit in my car and she would bring it to me wben ready i swear it took ATLEAST 30 minutes. I will be driving to West Monroe next time, for sure.
