Best food in Monroe! Under the old management service was bad but those days are gone! Service was very good and the food is great!! Best food in Monroe for sure.

We dined in on a Thursday evening. Not crowded at all. The service was good, and everyone was friendly. I had the boneless wings, which were great. They were juicy and had a nice amount of sauce. We had the onion rings as an app. I generally don't like breaded onion rings , but these were good. I also had the loaded cauliflower. It was just ok. My husband had traditional wings and fries and was pleased with his food also.

Layla is the most amazing server we have ever had! She is always friendly and quick to get food out while it’s nice and hot. Food is always correct. We drive out to this one just to visit her even though there is two wings and rings closer to our house. Any mom knows how hard it is to take two young toddlers out to eat, but she makes it so easy to be able to go out and have a nice meal. I truly don’t have enough nice things to say about her.

Friendly and courteous staff, food is out quickly and has been cooked amazingly every time we have gone. Very kid friendly and has a great feel to it!

This would have been a 1 star review, but our server Jennifer saved the day. The wings took a little longer than expected to show up. When I did get the wings they had a texture almost like they were candied. They were too dry, also there was not a single flat wing (the good part). Jennifer made sure the bill was adjusted to our satisfaction without me even asking for it. I'll try this location again, next time I'm trying boneless though.

This place is awesome! Great atmosphere! The staff is awesome! If you are a blue cheese fan this place has the best! Thanks for all that you do!

UPDATE: I called the restaurant and explained the situation and Matt offer options to make it right I really should have called first but it was late and I was hangry. Sorry Wings and Rings. I've been to this particular Buffalo wild wings and others into me their chicken is always dry tough just too hard for me to eat it. I really like their pretzel bites and their cheese and making french fries. Other than that I have not found one thing that I like. Our server is beyond fabulous we go in after church on Wednesday nights and she knows our group she knows what a lot of people want to eat and drink and she's just phenomenal I can't say enough about her.

Food was great service was on point. Sadly the place was dead which was find but felt bad for the server. We were here at noon on a Saturday. Go out to eat everyone.
