Kfc

I ordered via grubhub. I ordered a 5 piece tender with fries. Fries were hard and not good at all. The tenders that come with dipping sauces my driver told me they told her she would have to pay for it for me to get it. I called and inquired and the lady who my driver said was rude was even rude on the phone with me for even calling to ask. This is probably my 4th time having an issue with the service and poor quality of food. It was at least cooked this time fully though. If y’all don’t wanna work fast food pick up a trade n go to school cuz the way y’all do customers is crazy. I’ll drive to park forest kfc before returning here again… disrespectfully!

This is by far the worst KFC in their franchise, customer service is very poor, orders are ALWAYS incorrect. I keep giving them chance after chance. But this time I just could not write a review. I Definitely will not ever by from them again!!! It’s sad I had to give a star to post this. They don’t even deserve “a” star!

Ordered from this KFC via uber eats. I ordered 2 simple items (Nashville Hot Wings) with a large coleslaw. I received (Regular Soggy Hot Wings with a large coleslaw. I called them and he kept saying that I ordered (Barbeque Wings).... He had me so convinced that I had to double check my own order via the app., and sure enough, I ordered the NASHVILLE WINGS. Ever had a craving for something really bad, get it and its not what you were craving. I will be switching KFC's. If you can't get a simple 2 item order correct....I would never order an entire meal.

Today your cashier/employee verbally abused me for asking for a hot sandwich. I was harassed, Verbally abused, told to F@#$ off and leave, forced to take a refund, and refused service in the drive-thru all for asking for a hot meal politely. This is uncalled for. I have left honest reviews on all platforms and have contacted my legal shield legal team. I will be pressing harassment against the employee and store!! I have never in 42 years of my life been so verbally assaulted, attacked, and embarrassed for asking for fresh food I paid for. You will be hearing from my lawyers very soon. I suggest not going to Monee KFC. Pick another store. You may have better luck. OH YEAH!! NOT ALL EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING THEIR MASKS!! Putting us a risk!!! Shame on you Monee KFC and KFC Corp.

Here's the thing. This is one of the very few Taco Bells in the s. subrubs (demographics suck). Needless to say I'm familiar with the greasy food around here but this was gross. Subpar at a slowest time of day means no more business from me. I'll to to Indiana if I have to for better quality. I do not blame employees ever when there is management oversight. Well here is the image of what we got and here is the review. No need to throw coupons at me not coming back but you should use this as an indication that you need to realize what your employees are serving and fix yourself before fixing them. Unacceptable on your part. And employees show a bit of enthusiasm and respect toward customers.
