Kind you are kind, you were very funny and made my day in drive-through, I was very agitated at the time, it was like all that disappeared. And I just want to thank you for being kind for being kind, because there is not much of that out here today.

The service at the drive thru was very good. We asked about onion rings and were told they aren't making them anymore. The young lady at the drive thru gave us other options available, matcerello cheese sticks, curly fries and waffle sweet potato fries. We chose the waffle sweet potatoes and were quite satisfied with their taste and how hot and fresh they were. She asked us to pull forward to wait on the waffle fries and brought the bag to us and apologized for us having to wait (which truly wasn't a very long wait at all)!! She let us know that she gave us a large order of waffle fries instead of a medium order due to having to wait. I didn't get the young lady's name, but she is an asset to Arby's and should be recognized for a job well done. This was our first time coming to the Monk's Corner Arby's since we live on James Island and have never had service like this at the James Island location. Maybe this young lady could be used for training other locations on the importance of great service!! We visited around 7 p.m. and our total was $21.00 after rounding it out for a children's fund(?) if this helps figure out who the young lady was. It was Thursday, Sept. 10, 2020.
