No toilet paper in the bathrooms. No paper towels either. I'd say the food was good but now thinking that the employees cannot properly use the restroom nor wash their hands effectively, I'm not so sure. 🤔
The employees encountered were exceptionally nice, courteous and helpful.
Yes, I did mention the bathrooms to them but for us, it was too late for them to fix. I'm sure they got on it and put the paper in.
Also, in their defense, construction workers were using their bathrooms.

This location doesn't put enough meat in any of their menu items. When asked about it, the manager said they put the standard amount, which for the Crunch Wrap Supreme is only one scoop, enough to cover half of the item. In order to look like the advertised item, it'd take at least 6 times that amount of meat.

Have been going here recently with the avenue of the cities location being remodeled and I am very unimpressed, all of the workers are rude and would rather stare at you than help you when you have an issue, constantly forget food on orders placed through the kiosk or even online and consistently seem to forget to give you your drink cup. Coming from someone who has worked in food they can do better..

Food is hot but I don't recommend the pop. It has a weird taste. I have tried 2 different kinds as well. Staff is friendly.

The lobby was filthy and when my daughter politely asked a worker to clean a few tables he got an attitude. Food was cold and got rudely recepted when I told the workers about it and gave us the wrong Food. All in all the staff were very disrespectful even with us being polite

We had just gone here 30 mins ago got our food and threw out the recete out, but we got back home checked our bags and noticed they forgot a bunch of our stuff so we went back and they made us pay for the lost items I'm very displeased we were just there. I hope this company closes soon very soon poor service
