Arby's

Went to this location at about 7:30 at night on Friday the 17th of June (last night) there was 1 car waiting at the window that left as we pulled up to the window. We sat and waited for almost 15 minutes for 3 sandwiches and 2 fries. We pulled over to the mall parking lot to eat and all of our food was cold. This is the worst experience I've ever had at an Arby's. The girls and guy were rude, everyone was just standing around doing nothing, laughing and giggling while we waited.

I don't know where to begin, arbys is the best restaurant I know, the taste of the delicious roast beef bursting with juice in your mouth, I have never had that experience any where else, I put on my arbys hat and my mind is always blown when I have any of their food, just the quality and great service alone is a reason to keep going back. I usually get two of their roast beefs one I eat there and the other I take home for later. Their chicken nuggets are also very well made so thick and juicy from real chickens , the one thing I do have to say about arbys is their gyros are the scum of the chumbucket and it is cultural appropriation of Mediterranean culture. I love arbys!!!!

It's Arby's, one of the better fast-food joints around these parts, so they at least get a few stars. Saturday evening they were out of roast beef, something I was cool with since I have enjoyed their chicken strips in the past. Turns out I was not going to enjoy them this time around, they were vastly overcooked like stringy jerky with a crispy and crunchy breading. I was not pleased, but my wife enjoyed her Turkey Ruben they hooked her up with since they were out of beef, she was fed and happy. That got them the third star!
