First time stopping in, and I have to say, I like it. Ordering isn't typical, which I really like because it just feels like your getting a sandwich made just for you. I went with a sandwich off the special menu, and I wasn't disappointed. The sandwich itself was very good, and I loved the heaping of veggies I got. I got a regular sized, and half was more than enough to fill me up, so that should tell you something. Very friendly staff, and the place was bright and welcoming. There's a patio area too, and it's very pleasant scenery. I'll have to stop in again the next time I make a comic run.

At first glance it seems like just about any other fast food sandwich shop.
However, the sandwich I chose was excellent.

The young lady making my sandwich wiped the counter and knife down then attempted to proceed to make my sandwich wearing the same gloves. I had to ask her to change gloves. Upon taking your order the employees write down exactly what you're asking for on the bag that your sandwich will be placed in. The young man added cheese to the sandwich after I asked for no cheese. I saw cheese added to the sandwich and asked for it to be remade. The same young man still having the bag with exactly what I wanted placed in front of him then proceeds to give me the wrong type of bread even though exactly what I ordered is written on the bag in front of him. I won't ever return.

Sandwich was good but not for the money. I didn't realize how overpriced they were. Would go back if their pricing was reasonable, other places you can get food just as good for half the price. Probably why there was no one there around lunch time.
A lot of the five star reviews based on grammar, repeated words look like they were created with an automated bot.

Tried this establishment for the first time today. Very good sandwich! I will definitely return for another sandwich soon. My lightly toasted sandwich was wrapped in foil and served in a paper bag. Staff was polite and were patient with my questions. Next time, I'll order the large!
