I ordered online, and when I went to pick up my order everything was ready. They had great customer service. They assisted me right away. As far as taste, Nothing Bundt Cakes never fails. The cakes are always moist and delicious.

The first experience was fantastic five stars all the way. The second time around not so much. We ordered the smaller bundtlet cakes all of which we're fresh and tasty. However, we also ordered a larger carrot cake at the same time. That carrot cake was dry and not as fresh as the smaller cakes were. When you're spending north of $60 for desserts you should expect quality at that price. At the very least they should not have sold me what I believe to be a stale product. Overall, I will give them another chance but I will buy the smaller cakes instead.
Update: To their credit they made it right and offered a credit. Five Stars for a great product as well as customer service!

The cupcakes were delicious 😋 only problem I had; I ordered red velvet cupcakes and I didn't get them included in the assorted mini cupcakes that I ordered. I definitely will check my order before leaving if I go back again 😃
