How hard is it to spread some cream cheese on a stale bagel? Any effort put forth?

I live within walking distance to this Dunkin, however I will drive to other locations rather than give them my business. Last few times I've been there the service has been less than friendly.

Of course who doesn't love there coffee always good but what's up with the lids lately they leak they dont seal right to the cup

These ladies have attitude. I was super friendly, purchased a coffee and then asked for a cup of water for the road. The woman helping me had attitude and told me it would be a dollar for the cup of water. I asked why if it was just from their fountain and she said it was for the plastic cup… So they charged me $1.08 separately for a plastic cup of unfiltered water. Like what?!

Second time in two weeks they gave me the wrong order. Incompetent employees. Did I go back NO wasn't worth my time

Ok... so normally I'm all over Dunkin... well Not This Location. I went inside. What a miserable mistake. Stood waiting for anyone to wait on me for 12 min. Called over to them twice! People in line after me left without ordering! They finally took my order 2 sandwiches and 2 plain old fashioned doughnuts. Waited another 10 minutes from then. All the while 6 people zipping cars through the drive through... had to be 25 cars through while I was there. My advice. Skip it and go to Denny's, McDonald's, BK, or a gas station breakfast. It will be less expensive (16.99 at Dunkin) and for sure be allot faster!
