I love their pizza. However they take forever to deliver and answer phones or not answer at all. My problem is that if there isn't an item or ran out of something...they won'treplace it knowing that you paid for it...they just tell you that you can call and get credit for it however never answer their phones. So they basically just take your money. They are stealing and that's not okay... I would rather have my item replaced with a different item that is worth the same price then to have my money stolen.

The place is a wreck rude employee's ..sorry extremely RUDE like it's my fault your stores busy and u can't keep up.. go work as a lazy sleeping security guard.. do your job well because it's your job not because the amount your paid,if you don't like the work somewhere else

The people of this place give a bad service to the client, apart from the fact that my order never came, the woman was very rude. She said she didn't find my address and decided to cancel my order, I wanted to go pick up my pizza and she tell me I had to wait 40 more minutes. This tells me that she never took my order. She fooled me and my children didn't have pizza. This place sucks.

I placed my order early to pick up my pizza on time. When i got to pizza hut they said i had to wait 10 min so that they can see my order and charge me. I said ok since i was 10 min early. I said ill be back i will go next store. I got back 15 min later. They charge me. I waited 10 to 15 min and i ask where was my pizza since i saw 3 to 4 ppl come in pay and go out with there pizza. Casher said oh its because the pizza wasnt put in the oven but i did now it shouldnt take long. I thought so what is the point on ordering online???

This brand pizza hut is an old but good brand pizza ,one of the best pizzas around if not the best,they sell some different types of topping pizzas they have different flavor pazons and some sweets like for desert and they have different type sodas and they deliver.place is very clean from inside and pizza is very deliscious. Try it out an see im almost positive that youll love there pizza.

So there is a commercial that advertises $5 medium pizza $5 side $5 desert as long as you get 2 or more, I asked the girl who was at cashier about this deal because I was interested in 2 pizzas and a side for that price. She tells me that the pizzas are $7 at this store because they're a franchise and set their own price

Their customer service is awful and the pizza specifically from this place is poor in quality. I honestly thought Pizza Hut as a whole chain had dropped in quality but I went to another Pizza Hut location in town and the pizza there was great. I rather drive 10 minutes more to a Domino's than to order pizza from here again.

Order pasta..got charged..didnt get it..ask for my $$ back and they refused to do it.. Called for about an hour and they kept hanging up and putting on hold. I ordered breadsticks and left them for her to keep because it was meant to be with my dinner.. Order was never confirmed and they didnt have pasta or parm cheese..
