Customer service is the worst of any of the Subways I’ve been to. The lady there, she seems like the owner has a bad attitude towards customers. They forget they are still in business because of customers. They also make the sloppiest sandwiches and no attention to detail. I ordered a Coke and she gave me a Diet Coke when I specifically asked for a regular Coke. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this place again.

Make sure when you order for pick up you check your sandwich in the store. I order a footlong oven roasted chicken and when check my sandwich in home just realize this guys dont put chicken on it. So obviously this guys dont know do this work. This happens on saturday march 26

Not only is their food always fresh, delicious, and their employees very nice, but today I dropped my phone unknowingly outside their restaurant, and someone turned it in to them, so when we called my phone, they answered it to let us know they'd have it waiting for me. I was extremely grateful they were kind enough to hold onto it for me, and keep it safe till I picked it up! Thank you Subway staff! You girls rock!🙏🏽❤️

This place was robbed at gunpoint around 7:00pm and they were literally opened again by 8:00pm to sell sandwiches again.
Please give your employees days off, keep them safe, and give them more pay and benefits. You don’t need to risk teenagers. The owners seem super selfish.

This is the worst customer experience I have ever received. The employee weren't able to cook the food right. They were giving us rude looks and not dedicating effort into building the sandwich. When we asked for better they just made it worse. Definitely not coming back here for dry sandwich.

I usually do not write bad reviews as I believe everyone deserves a chance to make it right. My foot long had very little vegetables. I asked the associate about the quantity and she responded “some people don’t want a lot of vegetables “. She did give a bit more, however my sandwich is meat and bread with hardly any produce. I’ll chalk this up to training . I usually have great service at the Oakdale location , however they were short on bread .

We love ❤ our Floyd Ave. Subway! They know what my daughter wants before we walk in the door and they start getting her bread ready as soon as they see her. I'm sure she is their #1 customer. 😂 She's only 9 and orders her sandwiches by herself; and the employees there are respectful, polite & patient! Her Spicy Italian is always made to her specifications and served with the best customer service! Thank you!
