For quality of service and a polite smile from the staff. The food quality is very good just look at pizza pie they made me. It came out #Fire

So this location has major issues. The primary one being they have their own, vastly different prices from other Little Caesars in the same area. An Ultimate Supreme here is 16.99 as opposed to 13.99, for example.
Secondly, the workers may be able to put together the pizzas well enough, but there is 0 attempt at a positive interaction. I get it, this probably means they're underpaid. But your boss is overcharging people, and you're not even being compensated? Just a bad store.

This location seriously sucks! I use the online ordering because to go there and wait is a joke. Always so rude and seems like neither one of the workers know what's going on. I go down there and ask about my order online they say it isn't ready so I wait over 20 min outside call and they say it's ready. Didn't get anything no update through the online. He says there portal isn't working. Just so unorganized. Also they never stock there sodas. 90% of the time I pay for 2 liter through app and when I go to pickup my order they always have hella diet soda and never original in stock! So annoying

I called and ordered two pizzas and stuffed cheesy bread. The food was hot and ready to go when I got there and the employees were nice.

Service is.....bbbbbbaaaaaaddddd...4-8 hot and ready are never available. For a pick up and run pizza join plan on spending 15 minutes sitting...no wait standing in their sun drenched chair-less waiting room. It a shame they wasted so much money on keep warm boxes...they never use them.
As I’m typing this I’m still standing here 20 minutes after I place my “always hot and ready” order.
Ok now 35 minutes later all I get is “sorry” but at least I got to sweat with 7 of my new best friends!

I have been there twice only because I wanted to give a second chance and both times my pizzas and crazy bread were way too under cooked it was gross my kids wouldn't even eat i wasted money twice I don't ever have this problem at the McHenry one so I will drive the extra mile for some cooked pizza

I get there and order is never ready they don't make it till I get there. Their rood and say it's my mistake. They need to grow up.
