Wienerschnitzel

Had a late dinner date with friend's daughter to catch up. Even though lobby was closing in a few minutes (9pm) manager on duty allowed us to stay till they closed at 10pm. She even asked her staff to wait to mop their floors till we were done. Very cool! Food was fresh & made to order, tasted great as I expected, love their food menu varieties, no lines & did not have to wait long before we received our order. Prices are fair, lobby was clean, staff were friendly, they have a nice working relationship with the AM/PM employee they are connected to, and I highly recommend visiting.

Waited 20 minutes for a corn dog meal... Thinking maybe it would be fresh so it would be worth the wait, but it wasn't. On top of that they forgot my drink... So I had to go back. I ordered a Sierra Mist, but for some reason it was brown. They told me it tastes exactly the same... But it just couldn't trust it. This location is very slow, and workers need more training before being off on their own.

Just as fast food and it's easy to get burned at the drive-thru. Unfortunately I cannot remember the person who helped me but I dropped my debit card in between the car console and my seat and I needed assistance in getting it since I just had right hand surgery which is my dominant hand. He had absolutely no trouble pausing everything he was doing to come outside and help me get my debit card back but he also found my key which I had lost several months ago. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and the great tasting food.

So this morning I was at Wienerschnitzel at the Carpenter location in Modesto, CA. I did not get to order my food because a very unprofessional employee attacked a customer both inside and outside. I did not feel safe and I DO NOT recommend coming into this location. The employee first yelled at her out of no where "bi*** you better not come back in here" than continued to follow the customer outside and yelled at the customer and her friend "you better watch her before I drag her a**. She don't know who I am." I work in customer service and understand sometimes the job is stressful, but under no circumstances should you use foul language or threaten a customer as an employee. I will NEVER go to that Winerschnitzel again. And I extremely recommend you reconsider before visiting this establishment.

I waited 20 minutes for my order of chilly cheese fries and japepino peppers, when I looked through the window it looked like the two guys working there were just talking. Suddenly a women came in and I saw a bag of fries and everyone started moving fast. The women opened the window and asked if I wanted a free drink for my wait. I asked what we could possibly be waiting for and she said "Everything I don't understand why they didn't even start making your order, I'm so sorry! It's been 20 min!! I'm so so sorry!" I explained that I spent my whole lunch time in line and needed to leave so I would like my money back. She said "Of course no problem. I feel bad you didn't get to eat!' 'Do you guys have anything ready?!" She asked the back. She disappeared and a few seconds later came back with the fries I had ordered​, a corn dog, and my money back. She smiled and asked if I wanted the food, even though it wasn't really what I had ordered; so I wouldn't be hungry. If it hadn't been for this manager I would be giving no stars and I would have called and complained.

Suppose to be open till 11 closed at 1018pm? I could see 20 minutes early but 45 minutes. Also people that work here have attitudes. I’m always nice they act like they are too busy to deal with me. I’m sad cause I love this place but there’s only so many times you can be treated this way. Please take this feedback and change in no way is this suppose to be hurtful but an incentive to change.
