It's pitch black dark outside and raining and no lights on, so didn't know if they were closed at 8pm or what. Saw someone else go through the drive thru so figured we try it... sure enough, they're open ... Awesome!
Here's where they really failed.... ordered two STEAK soft shell Supreme tacos.... got chicken and not Supreme. GROSS !!! 🤮

The worst taco bell in all Modesto the service was very bad and very poor had to ask multiple times about the dollar menu and the server was extremely rude no sign of lunch menu had to be turned over she was asking me to be polite used to be able to get three items and a drink for 5 dollars. She's lucky I gave one star to whoever is reading this del taco has a lot more items in your price range and doesn't use fertilizer as beef.

I’m usually pleased with this place but not today. I was the only car in the drive thru so they werent busy, but my nachos looked like they just threw it together in 2 seconds, very sloppy. Didnt even give me my receipt so i could take the survey for the $500. Not a good visit

DISGUSTING AFTERTASTE OF BURNT POO: Everyone knows the beans don't taste good any more. You can't cover it up by charging 50 cents more and adding sour cream to everything. STOP using a soy filler in the refried beans so they will be crave-able again instead of leaving that disgusting aftertaste of burnt poo in your customer's mouths.

Food is usual good for Taco Bell. 2 stars for repeatedly getting our drive thru orders wrong & we have 50-60 sauce pkts at home because they give you 10 for 1 taco & 20 when you say NO SAUCE PKTS!!

Came in sat night bout 11pm. Waited for 20 minutes in drive thru. When finally got up to order. They said the were out of meat chicken and beans. They could of said something earlier and let the crowd know instead of letting cars wait.

Okay so my husband and I aren't big fast food people. so when we make a choice to eat fast food we choose taco Bell. They really do have the freshest ingredients. Plus our son worked at one for years so we know how they make their food. Today we chose the grilled stuffed burrito. Yummy. We were driving home from a long road trip and still had a few hours to go. Because of this I opted to get my rice on the side. that way I can put it in something else later. Too many carbs and all I want to do is sleep in the car. They were great our order was perfect and everything was delicious. We really appreciate taco Bell's consistency with their yummy food.

It is a busy Taco Bell the food is wonderful but my service was not as well as I thought it might be. They got my order wrong.
