Jack In The Box

Edit: Hot and fresh! Comical. Your robot-like responses ensure me no action will be taken. I'm not your target audience anyway. I'm not sure this is food. Burger looks weeks old. This was a #1 combo. The flagship. It's not just Jack in the Box. All fast food has become trash in the past few years. The chicken sandwich was a hockey puck. Only order tacos or do better to not eat this fake food.

I stopped eating at all Jack in the box's about 6 months ago. The employees are rude and the food is gross. Today, I was at a location I have never been to. I thought I'd give it a try. Nope. Rude employees. The order was not repeated at the speaker or window. When we parked to eat, our order was wrong, fries were cold and no receipt. We went back through the drive thru, explained what happened. Service was still sub par. Here is a pic of what should have been a chicken fajita. Come on jack, you use to be the best.☹️

So the one in Ceres wasn't taking any orders except for Doordash. It would've been nice if they had blocked off the drive-thru but okay. So we went to the one on Oakdale, we wait through the drive-thru and no one says anything for about 3 min. I said hello and she said that she will be with me in a sec. We finally order, pull up to the window, she opens it, doesn't say a word and takes the card. We waited there for about 15 min. I know that a lot of fast food places are short staffed but this lady had no manners. We assumed since they were so slow that they were being thorough. Well for one the tortilla for my husband's breakfast burrito was flaking apart which means its old and it was very small. He has gotten this before and its a pretty decent sized burrito. I eat my breakfast sandwich which had Swiss cheese on it and there was no sauce. Then we get home to find out that the loaded tacos my daughter ordered were just a box of mini tacos. We will never go back there.

Went to drive thru and there were about 10 cars and it took about 10 to 15 minutes for each car to get their food and when we finally got up to the box to order they were out of what we wanted so we didn’t get anything but still sat in the line forever to leave!! Its not the first time either!! They are the slowest!! People were leaving and going across the street to mcdonalds!! Never will go there again!! Poor poor service!!!
