Good place to get a sandwich when they actually have food, and staff to make the food. I have no idea how this place remains “open”.
If you do not have enough staff, the manager needs to be inside the building making food, taking orders and running the business.
It is clear that ownership of this establishment needs to be handed over to a competent management team who can run a restaurant.

Let me start by saying the food is great here, love the fries and the sandwiches are great. But whoever runs this place should be fired. This business should not be on DoorDash, just had my order cancelled for the 3rd time in two months. And this is after they’ve already confirmed it and a driver is waiting. If the staff can’t even make two sandwiches, what hope do they really have? Thankfully Mr.Pickles is open when they say they are and you can see how hard the staff works there

They never answer the phone and always close early.They lock the door and leave on the open sign and ignore you when you are at the door trying to figure out what’s going on.Unprofessional and don’t deserve the customers they still have.Was my favorite place for years but will never spend a dollar there again.Drastic decline in customer service.The guy locks the door and sits in the back on his phone.Dont go here or trust these clowns with your food.Jan 19 550 pm.

Walked in to eat for lunch No A/C in dining room walked right back out. For how much they charge for a sandwich they should have Air conditioning. Plus I don't want some sweaty worker making my sandwich I'm good

I love the clean places and the kind cashiers! Spinach Turkey bacon and avocado was tasty, the sweet potatoes fries my best I ate. When I ordered in other places always were bad, here are fresh and crunchy. Good prices.i tried today and I liked it. I'll come back soon! Thanks

They screwed up our door dash order so badly that it could not be salvaged and then refused to refund our money unless we brought the messed up food down there, but we had ordered door dash for a reason. I told them this and was rudely dismissed. They were not even apologetic about getting my order wrong. Awful customer service. I will never eat there again.
