I’ve been coming to the Fruit Yard for nearly 30 years. Can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed in their food. Within the last year I have seen an improvement in the quality of food. They have an extensive menu of comfort food in addition to a salad bar with a large selection of items. The prices in a reasonable and they have nights they offer specials like prime rib or seafood buffet etc. After your meal you can stroll around the grounds. There is a huge lake and parklike setting with ducks geese and etc. It’s not uncommon to see chickens and other fowl walking around the fuel pumps in the parking lot. Right next-door is the fruit yard amphitheater that I believe seats about 3000 people.

Generally a good place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. most the food is great and staff is friendly. They have a salad bar and take precautions by asking you to wear a mask and offering gloves to prevent the spread of germs. Usually decently busy but not too crowded, except for on weekends, and the bar can be crowded depending. The separate building/store always has good fruit and lots of goodies. You are pretty much guaranteed to run into someone you know, that is if you live in the area and eat here.

Nice venue. Nice selection of food vendors. Only thing they kinda messed up was having two booths, one for taking orders and one for picking up food. They didn't have signs so some people were waiting to place an order in the wrong line and wasted some time haven't to get back in the other long line. Should've definitely had signs to avoid confusion for many patrons. But other than that, nice venue and always a good time!

Went to Antique day around the lake at the Fruityard, it was a SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE. Many great artists and vendors selling beautifully made items. And Lunch at the fruityard was the topping on the cake. Great salad bar!. Will definitely be going again.

Absolutely love the fruit yard as far as the food, atmosphere, the events held there etc. BUT this last one a couple weeks ago, the fall market festival was disappointing. It cost to get in and there were many booths that sold the same things not much variety, there was a raffle that none of the vendors could answer questions about when, what the gift is and one vendor would give you an entry with a purchase and others didn't. There weren't food vendors to eat but there were long tables set up. Nothing made sense. This was one of my purchases.

Great concert venue! Lines to get in move faster than expected. Lots of porta potties. ***Clear bag policy or the purse has to be smaller than a fanny pack.***

Went her for the Graffiti and car show. Took some tritip to go very delicious and the sauce adds that perfect zing to it ! I get tritip here at least once a week !

This is what I consider a hidden gem. From the moment I walked in the front doors I was greeted by a friendly staff cleared through while being shown to my table and the server was excellent. The food and portion was more than enough and it was delicious. This has got to be a privately owned restaurant as it is well taken care of and not like corporate restaurants where they Rush in and out. Whether you are looking to have breakfast, lunch or dinner again highly recommend this place.
