Sonic Drive-in

Stopped at this Sonic as I was passing through the area. The service was great the young man that brought out my food was very polite. My food was fresh and hot. I got the Chili Cheese Coney foot long hot dog and chili cheese tater tots and they were delicious. I also got the banana milkshake which was also delicious. The Restaurant was clean. Easy access to the restaurant from the roadway and into the parking lot. The Restaurant was approximately a mile from the Interstate. I will definitely be back again and I highly recommend.

I always get fast service when I order my food.. The servers who bring your food out to you are great! They are very nice, they make sure that everything you ordered is correct! Plus they ask you if you need anything else ? Like napkins, straws, spoons, a packet of plastic ware, and or any other condiments that you may need. They are hard workers! They deserve along with the staff inside that they are doing a great job as a Team!!!

Horrible service. Order is NEVER correct. They never want to fix their mistakes. Food doesn’t even taste good. Ordered on the app. Hardly any of the stalls work so you can’t check in on the app when you find one to pull into. Went to the handicap stall can’t check in on the app there either. So I pushed the red button to let them know I’m there for my order. Waited an hour. Tried to push the red button and didn’t get a response. Then went to the drive through and got attitude. Was told to give my name and redo the order. I do so. No response. Pulled up to the window. Once again repeated myself about having waited over an hour for food. Provided my name. She closed the window. Never apologized. Came back with food bags and threw them. Yes threw them on the counter by the window. Another young man handed the food to us and apologized for the wait and for her behavior. I asked for her name. And he looked scared to give it to me. I thanked him for being polite. He said her name was “Jessie”, but he wasn’t really sure. This type of behavior from workers is unacceptable. The establishment needs fixed and people need to be hired that treat paying customers with respect. I won’t be back here again. Some actions are just inexcusable. Apparently the owners condone this type of behavior.
