Taco Bell

i love this Taco Bell! the 99.0 inspection grade is impressive to begin with! most of the employees are friendly - i have only seen a couple of them who seemed to have no interest in being there - & the food from there is always great - they always make it exactly the way i ask for it! i have had no problems with this one ever!

This location used to have amazing cusotmer service and quick drive through lines. Over the course of eight months I have watched the employees change and the service did as well. They are very commonly out of many items. I have purchased a large drink in the drive through and recieved it without a lid because "they were out".

Worst taco bell ever. They were dealing with a difficult customer when we got there and they did handle that OK, but it made us have quite a wait to order. Once we finally ordered, it took probably 15 to 20 minutes to get our food. They had lots of people "working" but very slowly and not organized at all. One food prep guy kept putting his gloved hands to his face, in his hair, on his pants....when we finally got our food, it was terrible. Taco shell was stale and just not up to par with Taco Bell - honestly, I couldn't eat much after seeing that one guy touch his face. No one expects TB to serve gourmet food, but most are usually decent with pretty quick service. This one was AWFUL. The only positive thing I can say is they had a good attitude, but they definitely needed retraining.

When I'm desparate and a drive-thru is near or (so sad) I'm craving chips-n-cheese, they're a go-to. I wish they had some higher quality food choices, but I don't eat there when I'm filled with healthy zeal. They serve great combos on the cheap and scratch an itch when it's needed. I usually have happy encounters and have never been served anything so unsatisfactory I'd return it...it's usually yummy enough to the taste buds and quite the bang-for-your-bucks...
