Domino's Pizza

After having to wait for my order to be replaced since they drop my first one, the Philly steak sandwiches were like eating a cheese sandwich. I guess, we got punishes for them dropping our first order and only put just a tiny bit of meat on each sandwich and only on one side of each sandwich. Never had this sandwich from any other domino's and it be like this!!!! Only positive thing about this visit... it was hot!!

The new Pepperoni, sausage, Asiago / Parmesan medium pan pizza. ***EDIT... No sausage or Asiago and it was a hand tossed crust. *** I'm so done with Domino's. Pappa John, guess you'll be getting my business from now on. 4 different stores here have managed to screw up so badly and with such a bad attitude and lack of any kind of follow up on issues that I'm totally done.

This dominos is the worst. I ordered a bread bowl pasta and my pasta had a hair wrapped around one of the noodles. It was grotesque. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service online about this issue, but I’ve received no follow up. To have a restaurant send out food during a pandemic with a strand of hair cooked into the food is reprehensible. Shame on you, Dominos. On the app, it gives you real time updates about the status of your order. The final check during the ordering process is “quality inspection.” So, either they are not inspecting the food before they send it out, or someone was not doing their job. Either way, I’m disgusted and ashamed that I have spent money here before but that won’t happen again. I will never spend another penny at this location. Do better.

Waited 1 hour 20 minutes for food while trying to pacify 4 grandchildren. Had I not already paid online, I would have definitely canceled the order. Needless to say, food was not hot. I called 3 times to check on the order. Why wasn't I told delivery time was backed up? Last time I called, was told the order was with driver and on its way. Food arrived 25 minutes later. Smh

I placed my order at 6:20, at 6:25 Jeremiah started “prepping” my order. I had to sit and watch Jeremiah “prep” my order for an hour and 45 minutes. As time progressed I tried calling the store many times and was on hold for at least 20 minutes. Around 8:00 the tracker said the driver was in my neighborhood with my order. I went outside and nothing. I decided to drive up to the store for answers. The manager immediately had an attitude with me. And blamed his “high school employees for retiring after they graduate highschool” i Understand when nobody shows up to their shift. But for a manager to entirely blame his minor staff and catch attitude is not professional. won’t use this location and corporate needs to talk to that manager.

Perfect place to order a pizza if you don’t mind waiting 2+ hours for delivery!!! Also might consider using carrier pigeon to communicate instead of calling since they don’t answer the phone and just leave you on hold for 30+ minutes. And to top it all off they have a really great manager who puts the blame on his employees for the awful service! Great place

We normally order pizza once or twice eber week. I don't know what was going on this time, but they were slow giving us our pizzas at the drive up window though there was not another car in front of us. Added to that the worker acted like he didn't wanna be there tthe pizza was luke warm, and the thin crust pizza was missing a slice. It will be a long time before we spend any more money with them.

Spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru and still was #3 in line. they don't have the sense to send someone around when their pizza isn't ready. When I gave up waiting and parked and went in the front, they said they were short staffed. At least 6 people inside not counting the 3 drivers I saw make round trips. So they weren't that short staffed.
