Went here for a family outing and it was the worst experience we’ve had here. For a Friday night, there was no pizza out, and the pizza that was available was burnt. The cheese sticks that are normally so good, were super doughy… The wait time for fresh pizza was too long and the selection was slim. The staff wasn’t able to keep up… I asked for a refund bc my wife and I couldn’t really get anything to eat worth eating… The “manager” gave me my money without any argument and stated that they were training new folks… I would hate to see what would happen if a bus or large group pulled up!! Disappointed 👎

This is a good pizza place. I had been to one in Tampa Florida and tried this one in Mobile. They were busy and kept putting out more pizza and more fresh brownies so everyone could have plenty of items. They also refilled pasta and sauces and lots of salad items so we all could have a full meal. The staff seemed to keep buffet filled and tables clean and nice for guests.

The pepperoni pizza I just ordered said 12 slices and it came as 10 slices and burnt crust. My 2 orders of pepperoni poppers are also burnt and didn't come with any sauce at all. Very disappointed and will not order take out from you again.

I forgot about this place but quickly it returned to one of my favorite places to eat if I'm paying for it. Staff worked really hard as a team to keep line hot with fresh food.The food as I remember surprisingly flavor full thanks reminding me cause let's face it for 5$ and change I ate so much it had me needing a nap in the middle of the day.

The staff were absolutely amazing. I have small children and have always dreaded the words "let's just take them to Cicis" and I have avoided this place for some time. My nieces really wanted to go last weekend so we begrudgingly took them with my boys. Man was I surprised by my experience. The staff were fantastic and the food was surprisingly good. The restaurant was clean and the manager was actively casing the place in an attempt to maintain the food, cleanliness, and customer experience. The only thing I can complain about was the hoard of rather large patrons that rushed the place after we sat down. There was little the Cicis staff could do to keep up with the ravenous masses that fell appon the establishment but they put up a valiant effort. Give them a second try if you have not been in a while.

Had none of the ingredients for pizzas , just simple basic pizzas. Also waited for 30-40 mins for the pasta to be done, although the girl said it would be 10 mins every time I asked. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I am sitting here now in the cici, a couple of youth are urning around trying to run this place.
They hold people in line and go to prepare food which is in short supply, we are so sorry to be here.
This place was good before, the owner and manager
should go home and let others come to run the place.

I wasn't pleased with this restaurant at all..... we paid for our food and went and found our table to sit at and it was dirty from the last people that sat at our table before us. And then we went to go and grab some food and there wasn't any thing besides 3 or 4 slices of spinach pizza, which we did try but wasn't fresh at all. I Don't recommend this place late in the evening because they start closing around dark. No matter if there's customers or not
