Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza last night around 9:20 pm. The store closest to me does not close until 12am. I started calling them at 10:30 no one would pick up the phone. At 1100 pm I still had not received my pizza. My family was really hungry so I went to the store. I went to the window and was told they didn’t have any drivers. This is so unprofessional I’ve never delt with anything like this before. I ended up just going home and cooking. I was told I would get a refund but to my that is not enough. Your company wasted my time and had my family waiting on food that never came.

I like Domino's Pizza and order from there enough to receive rewards fairly often. I live outside of their delivery zone and have to pick up my order from the restaurant. I always order through the app, because it is easy to use. I usually place my order 2-3 hours in advance before I go to pick it up. It's easy to track when my order is being prepared and ready for pickup. The food is consistently hot and fresh and ready on time. It always smells so good on the drive home that I am tempted to pull over and have a slice. My only complaint is that when I arrive at the pick-up window, they can never seem to find my name or order. There are always a few minutes of confusion before they locate it, even though it was sitting in front of them the entire time. I'm perplexed as to why this happens to me every visit...

I ordered delivery and when the driver was at my door, just as he was handing me a pasta bread bowl I ordered- my dog tried to push thru and I dropped it. It went face down on my rug right in front of my door. It wasn’t the driver’s fault. He went out of his way, to call back to the store and spoke with the manager telling them what happened. They remade the bread bowl and another very nice driver dropped it to me in about 15-20 mins free of charge. Definitely went above and beyond. Outstanding customer service! And of course the food was Very good. Thanks again!

Hmm....Don't really know where to start. Just disrespectful to me...3 more people experienced the plain disrespect from Patience that's what the GM called herself. She didn't know I'm an old lady and hard of hearing and she was on speaker phone. They may be giving 1 stars. Good Luck in life Patience. Hope you will have patience with the elderly. We will not eat here anymore.

Please review the picture online from Domino’s site and compare it to what I received from the store. That’s just ridiculous! I didn’t check it while I was there and I made it all the way home to see that… I got right back in my car to head back to the store to request a full refund. The employee seemed to be upset that I had an issue with Drizzled BBQ Wings! Edit: I believe that my post is getting deleted, so I will continue to repost this! If you don’t want bad publicity, do better!

I spent $31.00 Dollars on a Large Pizza and a Pasta Bowl. Completed the Transaction with my card. The employee handed me my order at the drive thru window. I asked for Parmesan Cheese and he said they were a Dollar each. I laughed and said that I had no cash and that I was absolutely not going to run my card for another dollar or two plus tax probably for maybe .20 cents worth of cheese. Employee's response was I just work here. Well as I see it, you can keep you 20 cents worth of cheese and I will keep the REVENUE that I USED TO SPEND Annually with DOMINO'S!!! YOU CAN KEEP THE 5 FREE PIZZAS THAT I EARNED AND YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN COUNT THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE LOST A VERY GOOD AND LOYAL CUSTOMER FOREVER. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DOMINO'S EVER AGAIN...
