Ollie Mediterranean Grill

This was one of our favorite places but the quality and selection has declined and the prices are outrageous. Service was mediocre too. Not sure where to start, we had spaghetti which was $15 on the menu. It was served with what looked like canned tomato sauce and meatballs were $6 up-charge, making it $21 for spaghetti, really?? The shawarma plate tasted okay, but not at nearly $25, come on. I could see $15 maybe but it definitely wasn’t worth the price. Their are other Mediterranean eateries in Mobile that have much better food at better prices. Get pasta and want to add a chicken breast, how about $7. The menu has changed, much pricier and selections removed. This used to be one of our favorites but I don’t see us going back for a loooong time if ever.

Used to be a weekly spot I’d go with family. We used to love it. It’s been steady downhill over the course of a few years. They seem to cater more towards a late night crowd, which is fine. Their daytime wait staff gives me a “we head hunt former Golden Corral wait staff” vibe. We can rebuild.
