I don't care for breakfast foods anywhere, so I always look for places that will prepare all menu items anytime. I love the original Krystal burger and they prepare them for me at breakfast!!

Went there yesterday after work, walked in, waited for about twenty minutes before we were acknowledged. When they finally saw us, we were told the dining room was closed. No sign on the door, nothing to indicate the lobby was closed, walked right in. We were in plain view and was totally ignored. This is the second bad experience I have had at this location. Will never visit again.

DO NOT go there after 10. The later, the worst it gets if u can believe that. Always ask for your receipt. U are going to need it. Food will be old & cold. Pray to God that they don't try to reheat the fries by dropping them back in the grease, u rather have them cold. U can tell when they used old bread because it's hard. Old Krystal's be gritty. Never to old to give it to a customer. Believe it or not, sometimes u get lucky when u go there. They can just ignore u all together. Have went thru the drive thru (got know answer). As I was leaving, I see them standing in the back (from the front glass) hiding. How u going to hide when there's 2 or 3 cars parked outside. I work at night so there's nothing else open except a gas station. Also at one point, they used to have some good workers so it wasn't all the time. Now it seems like all the good workers have quit. Workers at night is getting free money. Wanna work but not work put an application in.

Pulled up to order. No one was in line. The girl finally came across after several minutes and said, We are accepting cards and if you want to order, you need to pull up to window. Ummmm ok the speaker is working but hey I just left! ✌️

Waited 30 minutes for my food (ordered reg Krystal's at 9:30a). Overheard one of the employees take about a crisis that she fixed this morning. They were trying but didn't have a good morning

Breakfast crew is on point every time I go! Food is consistent and always fresh. They also always hook up the bag with extra condiments without me asking.

I stopped by to try the 'new' fries. They were $3.07!!!! And they were HORRIBLE.
Please changevback to the old fries. If Krystals wentbbackbto when they had a good breakfast and served the big K burgers they would be great. Now I think they should just shut down SMH

After they demolished the old building and built a new Krystal's, I felt like everything has improved. The drive thru experience and the level of service has gotten better. It's probably because of having all the new equipment and materials they need helped them to achieve this. Sadly, I haven't been back here in over a year and I heard they're closing but not sure when since they announced their bankruptcy the other day.
