Me and my wife have been coming to Wendy’s everyday this week to eat lunch. Since the dining room has been open Thursday our food was made wrong four times but we didn’t complain due to this is my wife’s favorite place to eat. Our sandwiches were made wrong twice and our nuggets were not cooked all the way twice but we still came back. Today after church we decided to bring the kids for a family snack. We pulled in and the dining room open flags were still out like they have been all week. We unloaded our 2 and 3 year old daughters and proceeded to the front door The door was lock a guy ran from the back and waved his had in a twirling motion signaling for us to go through drive through and ran back to the back. We tried to ask why the dining room wasn’t open but the guy ran away so fast that we didn’t even get to ask. We pull in the drive through the car in front of us in line drive off we get the the speaker the person at the window was polite. We placed our order and proceeded to the window where we were introduced with drinks with no ice due to the ice machine broken I guess. The crew in the back loud and cussing. The sandwich maker leaning over the food to tell us they have no toys. The crew talking about the have no big bags to put food in. We had to request for our receipt twice after we had been paid and then gotten our food. We drive all the way home which is about 20 minutes away to get here to find out the nuggets was half done again and cold food due to our dive home. If the dining room would have been open like it should have we wouldn’t have to have thrown away 30.00 dollars worth of food. We didn’t call up there or return our food because one gas prices are high as hell and we have to crying babies that we have to tend to. I am just disappointed in the treatment we received today and we will not be returning back to this location

Pulled up to the drive thru menu and was greeted by a young lady that clearly had better things to do. She acted as if she had no interest in taking our orders. Pulled up to the window and she just blurted out the totals for each order. Never a kind word. On her cellphone btwn tasks. Not a thank you or have a nice day as she was handing over the order which took quite a while to fix. I think corporate forgot to tell the stores about the guarantee that all fries will be hot and crisp. They were anything but. Third visit to two separate stores and I can promise you their fries are not preferred 2 to 1 over McDonald's.

Asked me at least four times if I could just pay in cash. Their card reader was working, but they wanted cash. Told them I didn't have any and they got upset and basically threw my order at me. The order was wrong.

The drive thru was extremely slow took nearly 30 minutes to place order and receive food food is good but the service is extremely slow no one likes waiting a long time for fast food in a drive thru

Went in around 630. After waiting 30 minutes in the car line tried to online order only to find out that it's the same line. So I got back in line for another 30 minutes. When I got to the window I got the wrong receipt. I made lady aware and she said go forward anyway. When I got to the window I asked please make sure the order is right. I was asked how many drinks were in order since I was given a different receipt. I said 3 and she said I have your order. I got the wrong premium sandwich on my order and did not receive any straws. The nuggets were stuck together and 2 and the fries were all clumped to one big fry ball out of the fry box. It was late and I know the place was slammed. However both ladies were rude and short with me and did not care to get me the correct receipt assuring me my order was right. I got the right sauce for my nuggets however.

Yall need to put sign up for parking, everyone else up & down Gov't was charging $20 to park during parade, you guys are only charging $10, u put up a SIGN & ur parking lot will be FULL in NO TIME!!

No one was manning the front of the restaurant. We were waiting behind someone else who was there before us. Someone finally came and then it took forever to get our food. Trying to get a refill for a drink, I stood there for a long time as well. My husband decided he didn't even want a refill after that. My salad had wilted lettuce in it. I had to pick out about 1/4 of the lettuce. I didn't want to complain because it would have taken too long after how long it took to get it in the first place. Tables were sticky and dirty. Would not visit this place again.

Staff is rude and unsanitary. Needs training and in depth health inspection. Food was old and terrible assembled.
