Mcdonald's

Pulled up at McDonald's got in line waited outside for about 15 minutes line never moved got out of my vehicle went in to McDonald's no customer service everyone's walking around like they don't know what's going on finally took my order and then I was in there for about 30 minutes it could get better than this thanks

I never been treated so nasty, by a fast food place like I was at the McDonald's in my home town. Your employees are nasty and very disrespectful. The whole McDonald's franchise has lost a customer for life in me. You should really make sure that you hire people who care about your business. I will be talking to the manger tomorrow and corporate. I'm giving 1 star only because you wouldn't let me post my review unless I have it . McDonald's on Moffett Rd Mobile, Al

I know its in the worst/ highest crime area of the homicide capital of Alabama- (top 10 in the nation) Mobile. But the employees could try to buck the stereotype a bit. First I was handed the wrong drink. I politely told the drive through worker it was wrong. I get an eye roll. It gets fixed. Then I get handed the happy meals. Then a bag. The girl tells me thats your entire order. So I leave, turn left and loop around to head toward USA Medical only to realise she only packed half the order. (I should've checked/ she had already screwed up once). She seemed very irritated, and gave me attitude. She had just had a friendly extended conversation with the car way in front of me. Guess its because whitey doesn't deserve good service. I filed a complaint with McDonald's, I am supposed to get my order refunded and hopefully they review cameras and see that she screwed up my order.
