Subway

I understand they are having hiring problems, but... Had my daughter pick me up a 12" tuna sub. When I goy it there was hardly any tuna on it. Daughter told me the girl was scrapping the container. Standard 12" tuna sub is 4 scoops. I doubt there was 1. Today I went back and asked for the sane thing. They were out of tuna. I tried a different sub that was not very good. I'll call before I go back to verify they have tuna.

The young man Franklin behind the counter this evening was by himself and did an amazing job and stayed pleasant and professional even with rude and demanding customers. I had a complicated order that he made PERFECT! Give this young man a raise because he definitely deserves it from what I saw in that store this evening.

My child's sandwich was made wrong and the manager blamed me then argued with me and refused to remake the sandwich until I threatened to call corporate. Then he refused to tell me who the owner was. I asked him to quit arguing with me cause I'd already said I wasn't coming back. My 6 year old was standing there with her hands over her ears and her eyes closed because she was so scared because he wouldn't stop arguing at me

OMG!! I just had the best Subway sandwich of my life...thought I was gonna pass out! Allison served me today and right away had friendly conversation with me while she made my sub. Great multitasking, might I add. But when I got home and bit into the sub....gawd!!!....AMAZING! She suggested that new garlic sauce they have and squirted it on there good...and, WOW! After a long day at work, this was the perfect ending. THANK YOU, ALLISON (and please forgive if I misspelled your name). Also, my son loved his sub too. :)
