Subway

The customerservice was fine. My problem is when I was charged for a Sub that was supposed to be free. I ordered it on the app,buy 2 get I for free but the app charged me for all 3. I was told to come in and get the refund or another sandwich. Did I mention they Called me? I went to the store three time before I had the chance to speak to anyone because they were still closed @ 10a.m. Maybe they are short staff but this simple fix hasn't been simple. Yes, I'm still waiting for a refund.I had the receipt Showing what happened but I was sent away.

This is location was the first and the last I will visit. The Indian lady was rude in a way where I ask for extra lettuce and other ingredients when she didn't even put enough on the sub. She gave me the dirty look and mean mug like she was unhappy. If this lady running her own franchise which she is the owner of that location, Subway need to come and investigate. Losing business is caused by lack of customer skills, bad manners and attitude toward customers. Either hired and trained someone or close down the business for good. That lady need to be terminated and close down her business.

Ordered through the app and 2 of the sandwiches had none of the sauces that were chosen. The chicken in one of the wraps was very tough and under cooked. No longer going to this subway as there is always some issues and its always the same lady working there when items are wrong. Its like she doesn't know how to read. After reading more reviews its this same lady that is causing problems with other customers as well. She needs to be fired.

I have been to this location for the last time. As a store manager for a major retailer I teach my team that great customer service is our top priority. I would NEVER hire the woman who was behind the counter today. I can understand a bad day but this person seems to be in a constant state of bad days. Also she could take some pride in making a sandwich. I threw away my sandwich after taking a bite and realizing bread was overdone and protein was either old or overcooked. Either way was totally inedible.

Not the first time ordering from this location but will definitely be the last. The Indian woman is very rude and does not read special instructions. We ordered 4 subs and a wrap, the bread was wrong on one of the subs, no sauce on two of them and the chicken in the wrap was so hard it hurt my daughters teeth when she bit into it. Horrible place

I think its absolutely ridiculous that this particular subway charges $11 for a footlong. I called two other subways and their footlong is $8 and some change with tax. There was also a sign that said she would not take bogo coupons. News flash Lady you need a coupon for your prices. Avoid this location!!!

So I bought and paid for a foot long sub on the Subway app at this location for the first time today. I even paid $2 extra for double the protein. I ran in grabbed my sub and headed to work. When I parked and planned on eating half of it, there was no double meat and I was charged on the receipt for it. I was already at work so there was really nothing I could do at that point. Seems silly to argue over $2 so I definitely won’t be back, and I mean any location. It’s not that I’m mad, it’s just that it doesn’t really matter to me how nice an employee is if you can’t make a sub right. Too many competitors out there to keep ignoring subpar performance.
