The drive through service was very good the line was moving smoothly and the cashier was very nice and friendly. Would go back to this one soon.

Only a few of employees working on a Saturday? Sat in the drive thru my entire 30 min lunch break, food was not freshly cooked, chicken on the chicken was very dried out&too hard to even chew. Ask for no mayo&got extra mayo. So, I paid $10 dollars for 2 chick meal that was not as I asked. Ill not be returning any time soon if ever.

First, the food was hot, tasty and relatively fast all things considered. That said, this 5 star review is not so much for Krystal as it is for the only 2 employees I saw working. In an era when people are too lazy and don't want to work, these 2 employees were at work, and serving customers. They deserve special recognition for something that is becoming a rarity, people working at their job. Again, this review is more about the employees working today than it is for the Krystal company itself.
