Buffalo Wild Wings

Server was attentive and the food came out quick. We came in for Thursday lunch. A person in my party wanted to try different sauces and the server was more than accommodating to help them. He was prompt coming back with the sauces. I asked for extra ranch and he didn’t skip a beat. He even took the time to suggest items on the menu willingly. Once we ordered, he came back with all the proper utensils and even brought an extra plate for the bones. In all my experiences at multiple BBW locations, this has not happened. The food presentation was nice and hot. He came back to check on us, when our appetizer and then lunch hit the table. Our drinks were never empty. Rarely do I encounter servers who are attentive, properly trained, and gives great service. Does BBW have a leadership/training department? If so, this guy should be teaching other BBW servers around the country how to smoke the competition with server customer service. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was stocked and clean as well.

Such a disappointment! Our food was almost as bad as our service. Appetizer was served burned, well, reheated to the point it wasn't edible. The entrees were served cold and was returned refried. None of it was edible. Server was courteous to all of the other tables in our section. I never pull the race card but we were the only ones of our race in the restaurant and the only ones that we noted who had to flag down the waitress in our section. I don't reccomend coming to this location. It's a waste of time and money.

Bailey's , service was outstanding! No matter the request she was ON IT. I came alone but I didn't feel alone . She's very pleasant and personable. & I never had to look for her not one time. She made sure my order was perfect and it was!loved my Asian zing & parmasean garlic wings!Highly request her!!
