Chili's Grill & Bar

This is a very good Tex-Mex restaurant. Before I moved to Mobile I went to one in Tampa Florida rather often. I am glad they have it here for dine in and delivery. I like their chips and salsa, salads, tacos, fajitas and quesadillas. Even though it has very good Tex-Mex varieties of food you can also get burgers and fries. They also have nice Margaritas. The staff is efficient and nice and the restaurant seems clean and safe

Gave 3 stars only because our server Robert was awesome. Other than that, we waited 20 minutes to sit at the bar only to be told the bar was "too busy" for us to be able to be seated there, when there were only 3 people at the bar. We sat at a table only to wait for 30 minutes just to get my appetizer. After sitting there more people were sat at the bar and it filled to 10 people. The only good part of the experience was Robert. He deserves a raise. He kept drinks coming and kept us entertained.

The night started good. Unfortunately I got the wrong order and had it to go from bar. It took forever and we had to keep asking for drinks, no waters and was disappointed they ordered the wrong food and the steak was ordered medium but was very rare. I wished the night and food would have been better. Especially for 70 bucks! Seems like they need to work on customer service. Chicken fajitas were not good.

Called the store at 8:00 to make a togo order (they close at 10) never answered the phone. We were on our way there anyway but my boyfriend walked in and it took 10 minutes for anyone to even show up to the togo station (he had to ask the bartender to get her) we wait an hour or so for our food only to be put in all small boxes which is fine but we ordered a 10oz steak and received what looks like 6oz maybe under. There’s no way it’s the correct size unless they charred it. It’s suppose to be a medium steak.

Definitely would give this place a one star, if I could. Yesterday was my birthday & I decided to have dinner here. From the very beginning after being seated, things were going downhill. The waitress was all over the place. There was another guy complaining at this table. Every time we tried to order, she was not listening to the order. We kept having to repeat ourselves. I’m assuming she was new but she didn’t know ANYTHING about the menu items. The appetizers were HORRIBLE. My fried pickles was over cooked, burnt and very hard. My husbands Loaded Potato Fries were as hard as a brick & dry. Nothing loaded about them. Immediately let the waitress know that it was unacceptable. Sent everything back and they still came back the same way. Right then, I let her know I was NOT paying for that and to KEEP the remainder of our order in the kitchen. We left immediately!!! I use to love eating but it’s definitely not the same. I will not be back !!! Definitely ruined my birthday spirit and dinner. Wish I took pictures of every, but I was too upset and ready to get out of there. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate on this one.

Worst service and food in all of Mobile ! ! ! Today was the last time I'll ever waste my time with this nasty restaurant ! Took 30 minutes (literally) to ever get someone to take our drink order, there was a kid screaming to the top of their lungs non-stop (should've never been seated in the bar section anyway.) Took over an hour to get our meals out, Was out of most every side we ordered so they kept coming out to ask what we wanted to replace sides with ! Just an overall terrible experience! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I've had fast food burgers that was waaaaay better than the one I finally got today!

We had to wait 20 minutes for a table, which was fine, no issue with the waiting. The issue started when we got to our table, it was not clean. So we had to stand in the aisle while we waited for them to get a rag and start cleaning off the table. The service was okay, but our food did not come out the way it was ordered, and I have to say that the food was not good at all. Don't know what happened to Chili's, but their food was not good. Will not be going back anytime in the future.
