My husband and I visited this location for a quick coffee and hot sandwich. They didn't have Fraps that day, and that was alright. Things break. But when we received our sandwiches they didn't fold over either end of the bag, and grease or butter was leaking out of each end. They were like that for all of our sandwiches. We weren't given a bag for our additional items and no napkins or straws. I would have understood if they were busy but that wasn't the case. I've had decent experiences here before which is why I didn't give a lower rating.

The line was around the store. We had to wait in drive thru line for over 30 minutes. Store was packed. The fastest service was because we pre-ordered our drinks online. They did have them ready at the window. They drinks were really good. I got the strawberry lemonade refresher and hubby got peach green tea, both really awesome drinks.

So sad to say but out of all the Starbucks I've visited in the Mobile region this one is pretty consistent with baristas with unhappy and almost rude attitudes....as a regular it is not hard to see the pandemic is seriously taking a toll on their team! I sympathize with them but still don't really enjoy the customer service. I hate to give a bad rating because there are a few baristas who I've seen repeatedly and they are absolutely amazing even though they're stressed! They've also done a great job with getting my orders right.

I hate leaving this review because this used to be my favorite Starbucks. The staff is great. The problem is that the lobby is never open and they are almost always closed on UberEats as well. My go-to drink, the Iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, doesn't taste like it used to either. I called the restaurant and asked if they changed the drink and they said no. I asked if they had a suggestion on what I could add to it to make it better and she said "I don't know." Regardless, Starbucks, you need to pay your employees better. Give them a reason to care and come to work.

Ok how do they close this store on a Saturday night @ 6:00pm? The hours on this site says they are open till 8:00pm!!! How can businesses make money when they choose to close stores early! This is ridiculous for businesses and horrible customer service. There were multiple employees in the store cleaning up so it wasn’t due to shortage of employees.

Usually great unless you walk up....lobby is rarely open nor is their mobile service available....walked a mile an a half only to be told they couldn't serve me in the drive thru and refused to serve me at the door or make any arrangements to accommodate me.....they SERIOUSLY need to fix what services are available to loyal customers!!!!! This is unacceptable!!!!! PATHETIC!!!

Best barista ever today. She was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond the hum drum. They were out of a sandwich that we ordered ahead and she made up for it and did so with finesse. She was friendly, patient and kind. The parking area was clean but lacks warmth or pizazz in what should be greenspace. Something to overlook when you have such great service.
