Domino's Pizza

I accidentally ordered our pizza to the wrong domino’s location and when I went to pick up and they didn’t have the order, I was so mad at myself. When I explained the mistake on my part, they made my entire order for no charge so I didn’t have to drive all the way across town to pick up my other order. Went above and beyond, very thankful for their service!

Placed our order at 7pm, Quality check started at 8pm and it’s now 837pm and still waiting. We’ve called several times to check on our order and either there phone line is down or no one can answer the phone. I understand that the pandemic has left a lot of business short staffed but customer service can go a long way. At least just answer the phone and let us know that the order is still in process. Update we drove up there and our order was just sitting there... If anyone would like a job as a driver I’m sure Domino’s is hiring. Update again... the staff was nice and friendly that’s why I’m going from a one to three star. They were understaffed. Note to management hire some folks so your people aren’t drowning.

Food is good however I’m disgusted that they don’t wear gloves when handling food. The guy that works at the pick up windows hair looks dirty needs to be washed badly . And it’s crazy that they the only pizza place I know of that actually will charge you marina sauce to go with your breadsticks. I definitely will not be back .

3rd time they forgot my side sauces that I purchased extra. The people are always nice and the food is consistent. But I want my sauce. Domino's responded asking me to send them an email. Who the heck am I supposed to email and how are you going to fix food with missing items that I ordered sauce for after I already ate.

I just thought I would give another try and placed a carry out order here. They don't deliver to the car though it shows the option on the website. Also the toppings were missing and they were too less. If you order a pizza you only get crust here. After ordering at over 100+ domino's locations, this is the only place I would want to rate as 1. Although this location opened just a few months ago, they don't want to really work hard on maintaining the reputation. The crust is baked well though, you get a point for that.
