Mcdonald's

We stopped at this location on our way to Florida. Rude staff. They did not give my son his coffee and two apple juice containers. We had to return. They glared at him at both windows for THEIR error. We drive away, and they gave him the coffee and no juice boxes. They gave him a sausage biscuit instead. Seriously! It was not worth the hassle to go back. There is no work ethic and good customer service anymore. Receipt #1327. KS#13

My son and I just went there and they had nothing to drink. I assumed he meant soft drinks, so I asked for coffee. Again, he says they have nothing to drink. So, I asked for water. Yet again, he said they have nothing to drink. I asked if they had milkshakes, milk, a juice box or tea and he rudely says, “lady, we have no liquid in this building!” After he yelled at me, I then ask him to refund me the money for the drinks that came with the 5 meals I ordered and he said, “NOPE!” Seriously, McDonald’s?! Why are you out of every single drink option available? Or is it that you’ll hire anyone because you can’t find workers, and those people are too lazy to make coffee or tea? Then you don’t even offer your customers a discount? That combined with how I was treated, I left and gave Burger King my money. They were much nicer and didn’t have a drink problem. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my dog. This happened on 2-24-22.

One of the more "lower end" establishments of the well known restaurant chain. My visit here today was a exercise in mediocrity at best, the level of customer service was pitiable. I arrived and placed a curbside order, pretty standard fair. But after 30 minutes of waiting I received a status update on my order stating I received it. Upon arriving inside to investigate the matter, I'm informally met with an irate manager who went out of her way to tell me that the "Curbside Ordering" was a inconvenience to them due to being understaffed. If this is so, then they may as well remove the banners outside ENCOURAGING customers to utilize it. And while I somewhat understood the staffing, what I DIDN'T understand was how she failed to politely greet me, made zero attempts to apologize for the situation, and brazenly stated that MY order was cycled out to another patron while I sat patiently outside for 30 minutes waiting for it. It is THIS mundane level of service and associates that continues to belittle and tarnish McDonald's name as a whole. The chain has become something of a joke as of late, as you come to expect service of this caliber now. So the situation was rectified by remaking my order, which of course required MORE waiting, and my reward for my patience was my meal served with over cooked hardened fries and yet another failed opportunity for an apology. I Will NOT be returning to this location 👎🏾, and if you value good service...and edible fries, I recommend you all avoid as well. And to my unapologetic manager here, I HIGHLY recommend a few lessons in etiquette and decency. As a manager you lead through example, and while these are challenging times, a SIMPLE apology can go a LOOONG way. 🙄

I ordered two ice cream cones to be turned upside down in cups. The employee that was fixing the ice cream cones did not even have gloves on ,he stuck his finger in our ice cream and had the nerve to hand it to me. I ended up throwing it away. so I don't have money to come give McDonalds $4.16 of my money when my three-year-old earned the ice cream cone.
