Panda Palace

We used to love this place. Waitress was the rudest person imaginable,bad attitude calling customers names,yelling across the room at people We asked for our money back,other customers were not enjoying their dining experience either. The people behind us when we asked for a refund they heard the waitress being loud and rude & they walked out also. The gentleman at the register humbly apologized and returned our money,he said it was hard to find help. Well bad help is not better than no help. Customers understand no help but at $45.00 for 2, and a loud bully mouthed waitress is unacceptable. We won't go back,that's for sure...

Meh. I used to really like this place- but it’s not as good as it once was. The food is decent- but lacks flavor. For the price- I’ll pass next time. Ps. I’m not usually a picky person- however- there were a pair of tongs in the mens bathroom stall. Just chillin. Those probably shouldn’t be there. Makes me somewhat apprehensive about why they were there. 😬

The food was the worst Chinese food in Alabama. I was so embarrassed to have invited someone here when we could've gone somewhere else and had better. I called before we came to ask if they had crab legs to be told they didn't, but that they had fried crabs, which was a lie. It's a shame that the best thing they had to eat was pickles and pickled okra from a can or jar. The shrimp was overcooked, unable to be peeled, and tough. The roast beef was too tough to cut off the piece in the pan and to be chewed. The ribs tasted gamey and off. The fried shrimp tasted like the oil should've been changed 5,000 miles ago. The scary part of our dining experience was seeing the cupcakes sitting in water on the trays even after I asked for fresh to be placed on the line. They knew it was inedible and possibly unsafe but chose to leave it unchanged. The mussels tasted off, and that's scary also. I just hope we don't get sick. I've never been to a Panda Palace Buffet that was this bad, and we most definitely won't be back. If this is the best they can do, the whole business should be shut down. It's such a shame that the quality was so terrible and possibly unsafe to be consumed because the other restaurant we liked going to closed down and there aren't many left to choose from now that we know not to go back to the Panda Palace. Shame on the managent because they knew the food was unfit to eat.

What in the holy world is this!!!! We ordered chicken wings and got this. We wouldn't even try them be one piece looks like someone ate a piece, they look like they are covered in hot sauce and half of it idk what part of the chicken it came from. Never will I ever order from them again. I've had better food from frozen tv dinners

I honestly wouldn't even give this place 1 star. I am by far a picky person or let me speak to the manager person, but when I'm charged $85.00 for myself, my husband 2 kids I feel I should write review. 1st of all they charged my 13&11 year olds as adults. Secondly the seating area was gross and looked like they haven't deep cleaned in a while. Also, the food was so bland. Whoever cooked did not believe in spices. I was dumb for even swiping my card for that much, but I expected it to be atleast half worth the money. My family and I were very disappointed and will never go back there. And to top it all off I find it convenient that within a few hours after swiping my card there, my account was hacked and used at a local gas station. Save your time and money and do not stop there.

You have to Pay First before eating, which is a good idea. Glad they Open back up for business! They went up on their price like everyone else but Oh man, so worth it. They keep the food replenished and hot. They haven't put out their Sushi yet but that's the only thing that's missing from their buffet.

First of all we were given plastic silverware. Seriously? The coconut shrimp was hard and chewy once you bit though it. The waitress never came back to refill our tea. The food had an after taste. It was just stale old food with no flavor. The price was too high for 2 people with food you couldn't even eat. No tip. Will never come back. I hope they shut this place down before they kill someone.
