Worst Taco Bell food experience. When you order a bowl, you should not be able to see half of the bottom of the tray. Where is the ingredients I paid for? 5.99 for a couple bites of sauce is all I got. Secondly, all the tacos ordered were stale and cracked. The meat looked like dried out alpo dog food. Within 10 min of eating one taco, I was in the bathroom throwing up. This food at this location is disgusting!! Needless to say I would drive an extra 20 min to Macon Taco Bell rather than ever visiting this establishment again. Beware people , this food will make you sick immediately!! If I could offer a 0 star, I would!

Went to drive-through trying to use app , app would not work. tried to explain that to the girl on the other end of the speaker. First she said she could just take the order there which is fine with me. Then she said no she can’t take the order and only could do the box meal through the app. Then she said “did you try the app“? I don’t think she understands we did try several times but it would not let us submit. Then she got a manager. we explained it to the manager and she said come around and I’ll see if I can help you. We came around and she said come inside because it runs up her timer and makes them look bad. She also said there’s other customers waiting but there was nobody behind us at all. And she kept repeating was it runs of our time. she cared more about running up her time then customer service. I guess that is more important to her so that she looks good to whatever manager is above her but I hope the manager above her read this comment. I understand that this may be a third-party app if it is so you cannot handle it then do not use it. And explain to the customers that you are incompetent. And yes we did not order from there we went next-door to Burger King where we got excellent service quick and prompt and painless and courteous and not rude as we did get at Taco Bell. And we didn’t use an app and still spent less money.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place to eat at, but I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this Taco Bell. Every single time I order from here, they always either forget items in my order, don't make the food right, or out right give me food that I never ordered and neglect to give me the food that I actually ordered. Just awful customer service. I've ordered here 4 times now, and every single time I am very upset with my experience.

With our order, we ordered 1 Diablo sauce, 5 fire and 5 mild sauces. We got 9 fire, 6 Diablo and 0 mild. That may not seem like a big deal to anyone else, but when you’ve got children who can’t eat spicy foods and adults who have get heartburn easily, and can only handle mild sauces, it becomes a big deal… plus it took us a couple of minutes to get it through the lady’s head that we ordered 2 large drinks and not just one. Not to mention she had a horrible attitude.

Was there and added black beans to my burritos. I did not receive black beans on my burritos so I called and said I was missing black beans on my burritos and the manager was rude and hatefull and acted like I was lying said she personally made them herself. The beans were not on the burritos they were opened wide and spread out and not single bean to be found just to be talked to with such disrespect. Even offered to come by and show the burritos but no care giving I won't eat there again I love taco bell but not under management like this.

Food came out hot and very fresh. The dinning area was a bit on the messy side. When I arrived there were three large trash bags just sitting by the front door. As a customer I did not find this all that appealing. Staff were polite. The kitchen area was need of cleaning but the food prep area seemed to be in order.

I would strongly suggest you emphasize how important it is to pay attention to the order ticket. Every time I order online, order specifications are ignored. I just got charged for a large but given a small drink. I also asked for no lettuce or tomatoes but guess what I have on my tacos? I know it is rare, but there are allergies to these things which would be why some people request these items be left off. Going to the drive thru itself renders a 50/50 chance specifications are read. Spend more time training your people for success!
