Nice establishment, the bar is to the back area. We came during a rush and bartender was nice. We got a table and had to order drinks and food from the bar. Nice menu with lots of side options. The sauces were really good, I like both of the BBQ and the mustard kind. Not to big on vinegar taste. Drinks were good, food was lukewarm/cold and sausage could've been smoked a little more. The sides weren't to bad but wasn't the best either. Hush puppies were horrible, rock solid. I won't be mad if we got a voucher for the cold food😏 here until 3/9😉

Great atmosphere! We ate outside on the patio. Both got the 1-meat plate with brisket (which is $3 extra, go figure). He got slaw & potato salad. I got mac & cheese & potato salad. That is the strangest potato salad we’ve ever eaten. It’s like super “pickly” & I’m guessing lots of mustard since it’s really yellow-colored. The brisket was very good! Kept looking for regular barbecue sauce (you know, like we have in Texas😜), but the Alabama-style white sauce was pretty good on it.

Okay so we were on a bike ride and randomly road past this restaurant that we had no idea was here in the smell was absolutely amazing. We said once we finished we stopped by and give it a shot and we're so glad we did. I ordered the three meat combo which came with hush puppies and two sides. Amazing food I had the ribs, tri-tip and The andouille sausage 🤤🤤🤤 Man It was amazing. The sausage did not need any extra sauce just good by itself and the ribs fell right off the bone. I also chose coleslaw and beer better fries and neither of those disappointed we cleared our plate. The other nice feature is the bar cold beer and Luna zul shots made for perfect night. We set at the bar which is absolutely beautiful single cut tree that was beautifully presented and this establishment. The service was by far over and beyond everyone was so friendly. Give this place a shot literally tee hee hee You will not be disappointed!

Came here after a good 8 hours out on hells revenge. Great place to drink some cold beer and eat some pretty good food. I got the special if the day, which was brisket nachos. Absolutely amazing. The brisket on my three meat combo however, was cut with the grain, which made it tougher than it needed to be and wasn’t my favorite. The tri tip was fantastic, and the sausage was worth writing home about. Servers were kind, and service was quick for how busy it was.

The restaurant looks nice: great lights, bar, ornaments, but the food was very disappointing 😞 Ribs were salty and dry. Same with the brisket (but slightly better). Wings were just fine. The only thing that’s good was the fries. The waitress wasn’t paying attention at all. She had to ask me three times about one entree. Also got my drink order wrong😕 The bar guy had to take my order again. This was really a bad experience especially after an exhausting hiking day. If you want something good after the workouts you should go somewhere else.

Pretty good food. The gourmet soda was a neat experience. Pork was decent. I am not sure if it’s better than North Carolina for BBQ but for the middle of nowhere we will take it. Place was very busy. Parking was difficult. Not many spaces. Location is central in town so not hard to miss. Staff was nice. If the pig didn’t come out of a pit, it isn’t BBQ.
