Gave this place a shot tonight We tried last spring but they were closed and I'm glad we came back. I ordered the meat pizza along with the spinach salad. My wife ordered the Gorgonzola salad and added chicken. All of the ingredients on the pizza is made fresh including the mozzarella. The crust is nice and light with a good flavor. I've never eaten the pizza that was so clean and fresh (not greasy) My salad was amazing as well fresh sliced green apples and pomegranates with a nice light house vinaigrette tasted amazing. We are already planning on going back tomorrow and trying something different on the menu. Really nice to see a restaurant fully staffed. The restaurant itself was very nice and open the service was excellent. Like I said we are going back tomorrow 😋😋😋

I almost cried when I left because I realized I would probably never get to eat here again. Maybe the best pizza I've ever had. I've never been to Italy so I don't know how authentic Italian pizza tastes, but this was truly so good! The cheese and crust were amazing and their pizza choices go way beyond sausage and pepperoni! You should go here!

Incredible pizza! They have a bunch of signs and awards on the wall that seem like overkill when you walk in, because it's just another pizza place, right? WRONG! One of the best pizzas I've ever had was their meat lovers pizza, which had fantastic flavors such as juicy hamburger and delectable ham. The crust is perfect; it was not oddly crispy and flat like most wood fire pizza places. The service is also extremely fast, so that was an excellent plus. All in all, this restaurant is a must-- stop by if you're in Moab!

Amazing pizza hands down, I also had the lasagna and absolutely one of the best from flavor, presentation and spice. The guys here do an amazing job with that pizza oven and service was top notch. Plenty of room for the entire family.

The second I tasted a bite of my food, my spirit exited my body and went straight to heaven. I can’t describe how good this place is. We had the margherita, pistachio, and dessert pizza (all pictured) and I will never be the same again. Their pizza oven is imported from Italy as well as the tomatoes in their sauce, and they make fresh mozzarella in-house daily and it SHOWS. I wish I could eat here every day!

I took a portion of garlic bread which was okay but probably I will not order again. The pizza however was very nice and I would recommend trying it. We took the pistachio pizza which was in their recommendations and really liked it. I never had pistachio in pizza so the first bite was a bit confusing but it grew on me pretty fast and I really liked it. We also took some local beers from the tap as a must do touristy thing and I liked the snap down ipl. Pretty good. For dessert I took the cheese cake with berries and it was a bit of a let down tbh. The taste was okay but the presentation felt a little lacking. The taste was okay as well. The only and a minor call-out I had is the service. Although there was no rush or waiting , the server seemed to be in a bit of a hurry. Nothing that dulled our experience or was an inconvenience but just an observation.

The only reason to go to Antica Forma is for really good pizza - everything else will be a bit lackluster. The service was okay at best, though our experience was soured by our specific waiter. When we were asking him about gluten free options, all he kept repeating was how "the oven is so hot is burns all the gluten out" - while this is a fun thought, a quick google search will tell you this is impossible. Then when we asked about their sangria, all he had to contribute was that "it's a red wine." Insight beyond measure... Anyway, don't go for the service. And don't go for the atmosphere either, especially if you want to eat outside. It's really loud in their patio - they've got a super loud generator going right next to the seating, and it's also on a busy street. However, if you want Neopolitan style pizza, you really won't be disappointed by coming here. The pizza all was unbelievably delicious. It checked all the boxes for this style of pizza.

The pizza was delicious!! The dough was cooked and made just right! I also recommend the mussels. We ordered the carrot cake and it was good but could be a little fluffier. The service was friendly. I definitely recommend this place for pizza and mussels!!
