Awesome service and ice cream!!
Baskin-Robbins standard of ice cream quality but friendless of staff isn't always guaranteed. Sitting area in store is always dirty.
I must say, they had one of the best lemon custard flavor I've had in years. The service was awesome, no rush by employees when making your selection.
I mean, who doesn't get happy when eating ice cream? The store is convenient to my neighborhood, and the ice cream is always consistent. I really am not sure where customer service went, but neither of the ladies working was very friendly. Any question I asked was answered. Peanut butter chocolate always does it for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the peanut butter and jelly sample I had, too.
Very nice and courteous staff! The ice cream is very good and the place is hygienic too. We had the Jamoca almond fudge and coconut pineapple flavor!!
Decided to stop by here today. Great service from friendly staff and delicious ice cream. They have so many flavors to choose from. They also let you sample them if you want to mix flavors. Cookies and creme is my all time favorite. 🍦
Ice cream was great, but scoop size was small compared to the Baskin Robbins in Central Ohio.

Been coming to B&R for 40 years and it's always good (this location is a good one, too). I like how for a little more you can make it a sundae and add tasty ingredients to make it even better. Just wish German Chocolate Cake was a year round flavor instead of seasonal. Still one of the all time great flavors and always an amazing treat when I come in and see it is in. Yum!
Favorite Sugar Land ice cream. Staff are always nice and they help with community efforts too. Always willing to go above and beyond. I have always loved my mint chocolate chip and regular chocolate chip scoops and they remain consistent over the years. Definitely use this location on Hwy6 as they are very friendly.
So many flavors and a friendly staff. Will go back soon!
