The burgers were excellent!! Perfectly seasoned meat and just the right size to satisfy your appetite. Cheese curds were a bit on the cold side, but still good. The fries would have been great if they didn’t taste like they’d been doused in a salt bath. Lighten up on the salt and this would have been a five star review.

Great food here, mostly have the halibut sandwich, nice to have the fish option and it’s good. Fry sauce is excellent and comes with a combo meal without you asking. Unlike other reviewers, the fries I’ve had have not been overly salty. I have got lukewarm fries, much better when they are fresh. Mushroom Swiss burger is very good.Easy in and out in the drive thru when they aren’t super busy and not real long waits in line. Wish there were more ice cream options like regular soft serve. Will always return.

Love frugals! I have now been to four different locations and they're all about the same. Which is good. Consistency in delivering delicious food is a big plus.
Always friendly service. Patient while I figure out how many burgers my stomach can hold today and if I'll need that leftover for a midnight snack.
Can't recommend this place enough and my only regret is that I didn't take pictures for this review! Scrumptious food pictures!!

My favorite place in town to get burgers and fries. Their prices have gone up but really the quality of the burgers is what makes me keep going back. I also really love their fry sauce.

Quick and hip. Slightly retro feel kinda, but all new age! Totally cool youngsters working at all times and I can always tell how much they've the stories I tell them about what cool looked like in my day. I give them 1 sorry before I order on the intercom and another before I let them hand off my food. They feel lucky to get my amazing stories instead of a cash tip. Priceless

Best huckleberry shake I've ever had! The Classic burger was tasty, but the fries were too salted for me to finish. Great little place though! I don't think I'd call the place "frugal", but it was good quality for what you paid!

Okay, 1st time getting food here...OMGosh! If you like a good southern, homemade, slightly greasy burger with fries thin & crispy a slightly tangy fry sauce. Then this is your stop.
Ask about their Peanut butter & jelly burger and
Enjoy the thick, cold shakes.

I felt I had to return to this review and include the service received during our second trip to Frugals. To clarify, it was not busy, they appeared properly staffed, so the poor quality of service was not only disappointing, but when we tried to get our order corrected, the customer service was even worse.
My first time eating at Frugals, and it will kot be my last! Delicious food yes, but the customer service is just as good! Plus who still puts whipped cream on their shakes? Frugals does!
