Baskin-Robbins has always been our go-to for satisfying our sugar cravings; their menu selection and presentation are amazing. Today though, I received the ultimate in customer service, as the owner herself went out of her way to reunite a lost sundae with its very hungry owner. I am so touched, as well as so delighted with all of the treats that don't disappoint ^_^

We came in with a large group and were handled very well. It was great to see someplace actually open until their posted hours! Everybody was happy to get ice cream for my daughter's birthday =)

Very disappointed that you are a family ice cream place that have kids there all the time and you don’t have a bathroom. My toddler was very embarrassed to have an accident because you wouldn’t let her use the bathroom. Do better.

My husband ordered a custom monster cake online for my birthday and they made it perfectly in less than a 24 hour notice. It was absolutely flawless and delicious! Thanks guys. I’ll be back! Yum!

How can you not like Baskin Robbins? Great place as always! One though that stood out was that they went out of their way to make sure you know the accept American Express. I appreciated that considering many businesses don't and it many cases I have to ask whether they do.

Do not buy cones from here they handle them with their bare hands. I will not be returning until they glove up. GROSS!!!!

I went to get my grandsons 5th Birthday ice cream cake. It looked good, but the cake was dry and it was $34.99. Not sure how long they sit in the freezer before sold. We also ordered a chocolate shake while we were there. The shake was like chocolate milk, we told them, saying it was the thinnest milkshake we had EVER seen, so it shouldn’t have been sold. They didn’t even offer to replace it. I WONT be back again, ever, for those prices and customer service was poor. The visit was Saturday June 12th at about 2 pm.
