Sonic Drive-in

Usually a nice location to go to. More often than not, the food is hot, fresh and comes out in a decent time. Kudos But I will complain today.. you can tell when the adults are working and when the teens are.... I waited about 10 minutes for my meals. I get home and find that my fries are old, dehydrated, cold and stale. I'm sure I could find fries under my car seat with better quality. I was waiting at the window for about 10 min.... you could have at least threw on some fresh fries. My dog thanks your for her treats... the stale fries. 😐 Other than the fries and long wait, the burgers were delicious and rings were alright.

I had such a craving for sonic the other day so I went here for lunch. I had been to I think all of the other nearby locations THIS store was absolutely amazing. Blew everyone else out of the water. The person taking my order was super nice and witty. Any modification or change by me was treated like it was their pleasure to accommodate. Then the food. It was as perfect as the pictures. Sauce wasn't running all over the place and it really looked like they put their all into their work. Can't wait to go back.

I don't know if it is standard sonic policy to actually grill the hot dog on the foot long chili cheese coney, but NEVER stop doing it. This is the first time I've ever had a Great footlong from sonic. At every location they come out like barely microwaved or boiled; not great! Yet, I like them enough to reorder them. Last night was an actual game changer! Speaking from my vast experience in all types of kitchens the way these hot dogs were grilled added the exact flavor profile of a perfect chili cheese dog. I usually have to dump salt all over the hot dogs from sonic to pull out any type of flavor at all. Seriously, someone needs to talk to someone at sonic and get all of your stores online with this method. It may seem like a time consuming product but for a dog as great as the one I had last night, we will wait. Everyone expects to wait at sonic anyway- no offense, but we expect to wait. If this is how sonic dogs are supposed to be prepared, someone needs to have a come to Jesus with your store managers and execute this protocol immediately! A formal Thank You to my new chili cheese dog sonic location! Y'all rock it!

Ordered 4 chicken strips, received 2.5 in the shape of 4. My wife ordered a coney with mustard and onion, they forgot the chili n cheese and put only mustard and onion on it. This place is a mess, I remember taking my kids here the past 20 years and it being amazing, times have changed and now it's always a disappointment. Sad.

came to this sonic tonight to get a milkshake showed up at around 9:50 and pulled up behind the car in front of me. got up to order at 9:58 and two minutes later this lady comes on and tells me they close at ten. i responded by saying i’d been here before ten waiting all i wanted was a milkshake can they just take my order. no response. very very rude. i get here before ten and don’t get to order. from other reviews it sounds like the people working here just don’t like to take peoples orders. lazy people who probably need to be fired from other reviews it sounds like this sonic has a pretty bad reputation unfortunately didn’t see that when i decided to go there tonight. plus it says they close at 12 on google maps safari and their website smh.
