One of the great places to dine in for hot sandwiches. Rich in cheese and meaty to the point that you need to ask them to go easy on stuffing. Good staff and professional services. It worths every penny and the waiting time. I highly recommend this place.
Wow! The food is SO good here I had the veggie sandwich and it was delicious. The contents of my purse fell out and I somehow managed to lose my AirPods. Lina was SO sweet and held onto my airpods for me and when I called the next day I was so relieved to find out they were still there. Super friendly staff with some serious integrity and delicious food.
We have been coming here since 2012 and have never been disappointed. It’s a guaranteed delicious meal whether you order sandwiches, salads, or soups. I personally order the Triple Decker Club everytime and have never been let down.

Skimmer's Panini Grill was excellent! We had their Manhattan and Sicilian Paninis and also ordered their soup of the day, which was Lentil Soup, and everything was really good! I would definitely stop by again next time we are in Mission Viejo!

There’s a good variety to the menu and I am excited to go back and try some more stuff next time I’m in town, although my Pollo Ranchero panini is going to be hard to beat.

I went in a few weeks ago with my friends. We came in right at opening and had a chance to meet with the incredible owner of the store. She was so kind and took care of all of our needs, as well as left us some kind notes (and a candle haha!) on our takout bags.
Since then I've gone a few times, and have had an AMAZING experience every time. The food is INCREDIBLE, and paired with the perfect service, there is no competition, and i will choose Skimmers every time.
All the ladies here were absolutely amazing!!! The fast service and the amazing hot off the grill food is in its own unique flavors that are to die for! Definitely consider here if you’re in the area! you won’t regret it!
