In my 24yrs of coming to Miami I never thought I would taste authentic Caribbean food coming from barbados,but that jerk chicken pasta is the best thing I ever ate in the states

One of the best Carribean spots in the area. Great service and the food taste like it is directly from the Carribean islands with an extra touch of care. The rice and peas are made with coconut milk. Definitely worth the price

Nikki has given me exceptional white glove service. She was very personalized and courteous with her service. I would definitely recommend this to anyone loooking for authentic Caribbean food this is the place! Make sure you see Nikki she will leave you with a big smile.

I ordered the oxtail plate, the portions were great, no issues with customer service (regardless of prior reviews) and whoever did their interior knocked it out the park. The visuals definitely give you the full Caribbean experience.
The only part of the meal that didn’t quite hit was the cabbage, it wasn’t as flavorful as I expected but I just try something else as next time.

So I order DoorDash almost 4 times a week the same meal, curry shrimp rice and cabbage. I’m not sure WHO the chef was today 07/03 at around 6pm but that was the BEST FOOD IVE EVER HAD MADE !!! Hire him for more shifts the food was delicious OMG

The brown stew chicken was amazing and the beef patties were awesome too the best I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely come back.

This place here have great customer service, friendly staff and beautifully decorated!. If I recall our server name was Kim; she's very friendly,very knowledgeable of the menu most importantly great attitude and deal off patiences!
The food was good,we loved their jerk pork🥰😋 but what I really wanted was oxtail or curry goat but the cook!(dear cook/chef oxtail and goat meat is expensive!) made it them mushy🥺
If not that I would have given Island Tings a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There drinks is awesome💯 We would definitely go back.

Me and my daughter ordered the oxtail plate each honestly big enough for two even the spicy patties had lots of meat next time I’m going for the jerk chicken
