Fast & friendly service. Food prepared correctly, which is often an issue I've had at many other locations.

Update: Lately at the drive-through either we are not given a receipt or when I ask for one, given someone else’s. This prevents us from applying the purchase/points to our rewards balance. Our last drive-through visit was on a Friday night between 7-8 PM and it wasn’t that busy, so I don’t understand why consistent mistakes with receipts when everything else related to the food was fine.
We usually go through the drive thru and considering the long lines, the wait is not too bad. Usually they get the order correct and the employees have a friendly helpful attitude. The chicken is always well seasoned and the flan and cuatro leches are very good.

This place always gets my order right, and they are fast. The bowls are always filled, and the service is friendly. I recommend getting double meat, and this location is generous about it. Best PT in South Florida area in terms of service, accuracy, and quality of food!

We don't have pollo tropical in South Carolina so when we visit Florida we stop and eat there. Their chicken tastes great, my wife loves is and the tropi chops.

I ate lunch there often. Portions are not big, but the chicken tastes great. And the ladies working there are really kind.
