Subway

Brought a friend to lunch. We were able to sit and talk. Owner and family made our two large sandwiches. No, BOGo coupon accepted. The place is always clean and fresh. Our food was great, made with care. Windows and pleasant atmosphere, Mint Hill Subway is a winning location. Not the easiest place to find parking (go around back to find plenty parking and then cut through the ally) when it’s lunchtime. It must be a challenge to run a small franchise these days. These folks are kind and interested in their costumers. Admiration for hands on efforts.

The hours on their door are not correct. They say 9:30. Came at 8:40 and walked into the unlocked door and the employees said they were closed and wouldn't serve us. Maybe call before you make the trip there or just take your business elsewhere where the hours posted are accurate and customer service is better.

The establishment was very clean. The young women who helped with my 3 sandwiches were professional. They didnt accept their own coupons which I found ubsurd. Overall experience 5 stars. One of the 2 young ladies seemed to not want my family in there, but I dont let stuff like that bother. I shop and eat anywhere my stomach takes me
