I love Bojangles chicken. I am coming to despise the Bojangles experience. We've had problems when we try to have an order corrected at this and other locations. It's not worth it, the way they treat you. This last incident will have us trying Popeyes or Church's next time.
We found a long hair baked into the breading of a piece of chicken, on a drive-thru order. I drove back to the restaurant to get a fresh, hairless batch. The first woman I spoke with said they'd replace the entire family meal, 8-piece.
The sides weren't of the usual Bojangles quality, and the sweet tea was undrinkable. That, in addition to the hair. A young man then told me he could replace the chicken only. We couldn't eat the biscuits either, because they were in the same box, and I mentioned this. His response: "Do you want new chicken or not?"
I spoke with him further after getting the replacement chicken. He said he could understand my concerns, but that his manager, who wasn't there that night, would have done it this way. It's just disappointing that something so gross could ruin a meal - and they didn't seem a bit concerned about making it right.

The restaurant was very clean. All of the staff were friendly and greeted us. Even the lady sweeping the floor. Our order was correct and the food was good and hot. I'm not sure there is much more you can ask from a fast food restaurant. Will definitely be recommending this Bojangles' location over the one in Matthews.

I go to this bogangles a lot. I give it. 4 star because sometimes they run out of chicken or 6 times out of 10 something is very cold that is served. It may be the fries, it may be the chicken, it may be the biscuit. It's never consistent. However, it still gets a 4 star review because the food is amazing - hence I go here all the time. Maybe one day I will be sick of going but for now I will keep going.

Dry and hard chicken, AGAIN. I cannot remember when the last time i had a decent meal from this place. If I try BoJ again it will be from the Harris/Albemarle Rd location.

Visited this Bojangles' location on a weekday night nowhere near closing time and the young lady at the front cash register was putting coleslaw into little containers right on the front counter! And to top it off she wasn't wearing gloves. She stopped working on that little project to take my order and didn't wash her hands. After taking my order she went back to the coleslaw project without washing her hands. After making one, she goes to fulfill my order, she didn't wash her hands but used some sort of hand sanitizer. Hmmm ... not so sure about that method of hand washing. I've been here a few times, more so for breakfast because it's on the route of my morning commute, but I think maybe last night was my last visit for dinner.

Ordered 2 4-piece supreme tenders combo and a cajan filet biscuit. After I paid, I was asked to pull up and they would bring the food out. After waiting 10 mins and watching 5 other cars get their food. I walked inside to get my food and they admitted they didn’t even know I was pulled up. I handed the lady my receipt to get my order. When I got home to eat, I was given 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches with hash browns and no cajan filet biscuit. My wife spent $17 and the order was no where near correct. How can they want $15/hour and they can’t get a simple order correct? It’s such a joke. Pass on this bojangles.
