We were refused a napkin for our child's face because they were too busy. So much for ice cream after lunch. They have lost our business.

I like going there for tasty blizzards and banana splits. I wish they would put napkins out and I didn't have to ask for them.

Suggest employees put a bit of pride in their appearance, it's unwelcoming to walk up to someone laid out on the counter or slouched down in a chair. Blizzard was o.k. but we ordered a mini & it was not mixed to the bottom. No biggie but it was a mini. :D

At 1:30 pm (lunch time) there were no workers to be found. No sign saying they were closed, or that they’d be back. The lights were on, as if they were open. A UPS worker told us they must be on lunch, but there was nothing to indicate where the workers were.

Walked up to the establishment at 1:30pm ( lunch time) ... no one around we made a little bit of noise so a lady with pink hair came out from the back and it was like she was coming out of her cave she looked like she hated life and did not care at all she was kinda rude when we asked questions ... prob not coming back again
