Not sure whom she is but employee not showing the best customer service here, she's training someone and has brown hair up in a bun with a bad attitude, never really had coffee inside but don't think I'll be coming here in the lobby again, snappy And rude and comes across irritated for asking a simple question, needs to drop the attitude must be why no one wants to stay working there

The place is always way too busy and the way the entrances are set up it allows people to cut the line. Last time I went I spent over 15 minutes in line to be told the drink I wanted wasn't on the list. No way to get out of line so I spent another 10 minutes waiting to get out of there. At least the window person was polite and let me know that they do make the drink but are out of ingredients. I personally rarely drink anything from here, nothing warmed up and served in a cup is worth that much time of my life. The only reason I went there at all was to get a certain tea combination that might have helped a family member feel better.
