This is the best McDonald's in town. I never go to the Broadway one they're terrible in my experience.
Customer service is fantastic here and my orders are always on point!

Typical fast food, not good, not bad, place was clean, was filling.
But let's be honest, only good thing about here is the convenience.
I ate at the Hacienda in Burlington and that was great and costs about the same.

Put a Doordash order in recived everything but one item called and was given the option to pick it up. Not only did they mess up once but twice. The order missed was 2 cheese burgers nothing on them, picked up my order with pickles and onions.

Best McDonalds to eat in town. Lobby is open decent hours. I just wish the parking spots in front would be open and not pickup.

I was on my out of town and I tried the app to order beforehand.....pretty good deal on that menu and was surprised to experience no long lines nor Did I find any discrepancies with my order and everything went just fihe's going to spine I was Very pleased and my daughter got the toy in her happy meal that she wanted lol good job

It's pretty bad when customers actively complain about your dining room being very unclean. Every single table in the joint is dirty, and cashier's and cooks are in the backroom messing around versus cleaning the dining area... On the flip side, the food was pretty good and the customer service person to person was very decent, that is why I decided to give 3 stars versus the 1 I originally was planning on giving.

Seems like every time I go there, unless it's in the morning, it's a 10 min wait once I get to the pick up window. Six nuggets and a small fry shouldn't have me pulling off to the side so they can wait 10 more minutes to bring it out. This is a regular occurrence at both the 31st Ave and S. Broadway locations.
